Do not spend your money with these people. This is site is a complete scam and they’re ripping people off and not sending out the product that has been ordered. I placed my order on 8/16 with expedited shipping and still have yet to send a tracking number or information about my order. I have emailed them 4 times since placing the order and got 1 response from an automated service. If it seems to good to be true then it is. Keep your money!!!
I ordered my PSP on August 1 and it’s been 25 days without and updates or notification on when my order will be ready I called the support line and they didn’t have any useful information to help me and only confirmed that I asked for a refund, which they told me I’ll be messaged when my refund it processed but if the refund process is anything like the psp delivery I bet I won’t see my money till another 25 days
Well, as you can see... I have NEVER RECEIVED my Order after 20+ emails and AI bots responding. My order number is #2445... This is a scam, and I can't get a hold of anyone to refund or ship my order to me... Then you have the GAL to email me about leaving a review????
I ordered a psp on the 13th of august and have recieved no communication on when it will be arriving, it initially told me the expected arrival would be between the 16th and 20th but it is now the 25th and I have no way of getting in contact with an actual human from this company, no emails are being returned and I can’t even request a refund
I order this on July 31st with priority shipping, which gets “shipped” in 4-5 days. It is now August 10th no package I emailed August 5th. I got a response that night saying they’d check up and see where my order was since my order number clearly couldn’t help them. Claimed it was a diffrent department Whats the point of having an order number is they don’t know where it is I emailed them back next day saying any updates. It’s been another 5 days as of right now no response and I sent out another email hopefully I will get a response to this one. Don’t waste your time and money on this scam. Everything about this is extremely unprofessional. Save your money!! Another thing all these 5 star reviews are absolutely fake guy claimed in his review he got the “last green one” but they “have plenty” to buy.

I was very worried about buy an older piece of tech, but I've had my PSP for over 6 months now without any problems. The batteries provided hours of play between chargings, no damage to the housing or screen and no freezing or lag.
Bought the red psp simply because it was the cheapest one of all the colors. Overall great buy! No scratches or problems.

I got it and everything is fine, but the square button gets stuck inside the shell, the L bumper feels stiff sometimes, the umd case to close it was a bit buggy i had to press it in as it should have close on own, and I can tell it’s a reshell because they used different buttons on bottom. Other than that…. It’s a good 8/10. Would i come back? Yeah why not.

I cannot stress enough just how fast and perfect everything was. This was shipped to me with 2 charger AND 4 batteries! I bought two devices, pink and white. They literally look better and function better than my old one (lacks battery, thanks for the extra ones now I can use my old one!) They came in packaged so nicely, and neatly :)

I ordered in April it is now almost September and customer service was no help when I said I wanted a refund after weeks of them saying they’d refund after I receive a confirmation for it then emailing again demanding a refund or i’d report their shop and they never responded after that.

I ordered this product on August 11th and it said a label should be created by the 18th. It's currently the 26th with no update. I have reached out to the company for updates on the 21st and have not heard back. I emailed them to start a refund process as I no longer need the play station. It's been a full day since and still have not heard anything from this company. Would not recommend buying this product if you need it withing the time frame they give you.
